Codemasters has just confirmed Operation Flashpoint 2 in an interview with the leading german pc magazine Gamestar and launched the new official Operation Flashpoint 2 website.
This is a 100% Codemasters game unrelated to Bohemia Interactive Studio!

First Facts:
the release should be in 2008
OFP 2 will use the Neon-Engine known from Colin McRae Dirt
the Story will be set in a modern scenario
OFP 2 will be released for PC and the "leading consoles" (Probably: PS3,Xbox 360 & Wii)
