我又寻找了下当年的采访内容:还是在BI开发OFP2的时候的设想
1.The game which was originally called OFP2 is currently called 'next generation PC game'. It will take the game even further by adding RPG elements etc. This includes civilians who lives on the island and who will remember everything you do. They can be quite helpful so you could question them about enemy movements etc. but they might just as well turn hostile depending on your actions. The terrain is deformable and everything on the island stays the way you left it. So if you burn down a village it will stay that way.
生活在岛上的市民会记住你做的任何事。如果你问他们敌人的去向,他们对你会很有帮助,但是他们也可能变成敌对方,这取决于你的行为。地形是可变的,岛上的一切都维持在你留下的状态下。所以如果你烧掉一个村子,它便维持在那个状态。
2.This time around you are a Special-Ops soldier from the US army. The game has some RPG-elements - not character development but more in the way you navigate throughout the game. You have a reputation-stat meaning that your actions will have consequences as the game progresses. There is no missionstructure in the game but the action is divided into chapters giving you assignments like: "Free this country" and then leaving you to solve the task pretty much as you like.
