Today Faly informed us of rather disturbing news regarding the detainment of Ivan Buchta and Martin Pezlar in Greece which we can read on the ceskenoviny.cz website.
As it seems the Greek judiciary has found it a good idea to deny both man bail so they will have to stay in jail for an unknown period of time (probably till their case goes to court or when the charges are dropt).

The Greek judiciary has dismissed an application for the release of two Czechs detained on Chios Island over alleged spying, the two men′s parents told journalists today.
Martin Pezlar, 28, and Ivan Buchta, 33, face five to 20 years in prison if found guilty of photographing military facilities. Both deny any guilt.
Hana Buchtova said her son announced to his parents by phone on Tuesday that the Greek authorities′ decision was delivered to the prison. Because it was written in Greek, they had to ask a fellow prisoner to translate it into English.
The letter contained the date October 25, but it is not clear whether this is the date of the decision made by the Greek judiciary, Buchtova said.
Pezlar and Buchta were detained on Limnos Island on September 9. They were now transported from Lesbos to Chios where there are allegedly better custody conditions.
The two men are employees of a computer games firm, Bohemia Interactive.
Greek media first wrote that they were taking photographs for a new game on Limnos where the game takes place.
The company, however, dismissed the information that Pezlar and Buchta were in Greece on a business trip. The two men themselves later said they were in Greece on a private holiday and that they were taking the photographs as tourists.
