I came here because I encountered the PLA 2.01b mod for ofp witch amazed me with it's PLA combat system 1.0 for the CQB and HD units. I have downloaded the 3.0 version and the 3.1, but I see there are no HD or CQB units, it's the PLA combat system still implemented? Do I have to install the 3.0 version on top of 2.01b? Because I installed only the later one. Or the PLA combat system has been implemented for all units? Another thing that makes me think something is wrong is that for 3.0 and 3.1 there are no custom animations for running, leaning. Where they excluded and why? I see that in PLA 3.2 the animations are back, can the AI use them? Also again there are no HD or CQB units for 3.2, is the PLA combat system has been implemented for all units?
I'm sorry if my question are weird, but to me it seems that only 2.01b has the PLA combat system implemented. Can you guys provide me a link with a better version that has everything implemented?

Another reason I came here is for the VW MOD,( VW ASIA MOD) I have found http://dl.dbank.com/c0bs2nf4xa# and dowloand it, are there other versions? A patch? Because I can't find one. please provide a link?

What other chinese mods can you recomemnd for ofp? Thank you!  谢谢

All right,let me help you,my dear friend from Romania .

There are three MODs,  "PLA 3.1 "  , "VW ASIA MOD" and "PLA combat system 1.0" . They are not the same MOD.


PLA 2.01b is an old version for PLA 3.1,and PLA 3.1 is also an old MOD..  So you need not download this PLA 3.1 MOD,it is so old.


VW ASIA MOD is a perfect MOD, all units looks awesome!  EAST is JGSDF and WEST is PLA, you can also change them.

I should tell you , "VW ASIA MOD" is not "VW MOD" !!    The "VW MOD" which you have doenloaded is Russian Army VS US Army, but "VW ASIA MOD" is PLA VS JGSDF. They are different.

"PLA combat system 1.0" is also a good MOD ,many units come from "VW ASIA MOD". So the two MODs look the same.
